Services

The Case Transgenic and Targeting Shared Resource (SR) serves by generating gene-edited mice, in addition to pathogen control, cryopreservation, and other services.

Services provided:

• Gene editing in mice
• Rederivation
• Cryopreservation and reanimation of frozen strains
• In vitro Fertilization (IVF)
• In addition, we can perform traditional gene targeting in embryonic stem cells, generate chimeras and transgenics
